My goals for the upcoming year are:
1. To be as strong as an ox. I want to be big and strong. I want to protect my loved ones. Looking at a 400lbs deadlift by next near at this timing.
2. Fast on my feet. Will be doing a lot of running to improve my stamina and speed, and train on the agility ladder.
Think big. Think of a gorilla scaling the walls, clearing obstacles.
You do not want to mess with that gorilla.
I want to be that gorilla.

To learn from the past, and always be ready for the future.
