1. Try to get into a self defense class. For now, I’m reading a book on self defense and MA. I want to learn to defend myself and others.
2. Going to get into better shape. Making a workout routine right now. I need to get toned out.
3. I’m going to be more wise and knowledgable. I’m still naive on a few things.
4. I’m going to get better on controlling my emotions. I’ve had some rough times this year and my emotions get the best of me at times :/
It might not seem like many or great goals, but I trust me, they are pretty big goals for me.
